an imageSeth was raised in the South and spent his youth in Louisiana and Texas. He started a new career as a Physical Therapist Assistant six years ago and has practiced in North Louisiana ever since.

He has been involved in triathlons for 10 years and has completed four Ironmans with a PR of 10:01; numerous 70.3 with a PR of 4:14; and recently raced on USA TEAM 2011 in Beijing, China.

Seth started getting serious about racing in 2007 when he worked with Mark Allen to achieve improved results. In 2009, Seth decided to train under the watchful eye of ex-coach and pro triathlete Kelly Handel Williamson, who helped him become one of the top athletes in his age group in the SMW Region. He finished his 2011 season with a SMW 2nd OA ranking.

Seth’s plans for 2012 include racing in the SMW region as well as racing nationally in preparation for the Age-Group National Champions to be held in August 2012.
